Capital Market Authority (“CMA”) has granted a license to the Company to operate as an investment company no. (1433-37) Dated 01/07/1431 H corresponding to 12/6/2010 and turned it to initiate its activities as of 04/08/1433 H corresponding to June 23, 2012 to carry out the following main activities:

1. Dealing as underwriter
2. Establish and manage investment funds and Discretionary Portfolio
3. Arranging for financing Consulting for companies and fundraising.
4. Financial advisory concerning the activity of the funds
5. Providing custody services related to the activities of the funds.
